Indian Wells: Monday Marquee Match-Ups

You gotta love Masters events cuz you can get match-ups like these as early as the 3rd round.

James Blake [13] vs Fernando Gonzalez [17]

Gonzalez leads Blake 6-3, and has won their last 6 straight meetings.
Most recent encounter was at the Beijing Olympics, where Gonzalez edged out Blake 11-9 in the final set.
No reason not to expect another incredible match between the pair at Indian Wells on Monday.

Fernando Verdasco [10] vs Richard Gasquet [23]

Gasquet leads their career meetings 4-1, but all those came in the pre-Aussie-Open-success period for Verdasco. Last meeting was at the Canada Masters back in 2007, where Verdasco posted his sole victory over the Frenchman. They're both having a good year so far, so this should be good.

Ivo Karlovic [27] vs Roger Federer [2]

2 reasons am looking forward to this match. First, I always enjoy seeing Federer try to avenge a previous loss and in this case, Karlovic will be suffering the consequences of eliminating Federer from last year's Cincinnati Masters. Second reason is, Federer wasn't returning so well in his first match and I'd like to see how he's gonna handle the serving machine a.k.a Karlovic.
