Nadal, Federer, Murray to get some Roland Garros warm up at Guinot Mary Cohr exo

For those of you who were wondering how they were gonna get past this week - until Roland Garros kicks off - without their Nadal/Federer fix, well you might just have that covered as the world's top 2 players will feature in the Guinot Mary Cohr Masters exhibition that takes place between the 20th and 22nd of May (tomorrow through Friday) at the Paris Golf & Country Club. They will be joined by the likes of Andy Murray and James Blake and the cherry on the top is none other than Marat Safin.

The 12 players will be divided into two teams of six, Guinot vs. Mary Cohr, coached by internationally renowned captains. Two best-of-3 matches will take place each day with each player playing once only during the 3-day event, that will end with a match between the two captains on Friday just before the presentation of the trophy.

One could wonder why the players would want to get more match play after all the grind from the last 5 weeks on clay, but the truth is that the conditions and the court at the Paris Golf & Country Club are said to be extremely similar to those at Roland Garros and after playing in Madrid last week in totally different conditions, the players are believed to get the ultimate warm up to the French Open at this exo.
